The Dot Records’ artist roster continues to grow with the signing of soulful singer-songwriter DRAKE WHITE, who was named one of the Billboard Top 10 Country Artists to Watch. The legendary label was revived earlier this year under the Big Machine Label Group umbrella.

“Drake White is one of the most dynamic live performers I have ever seen,” shared General Manager CHRIS STACEY. “He is a phenomenal songwriter and a powerhouse vocalist. I believe he can be a force in today's musical landscape and I welcome him to the Dot Records’ family.”

During his recent CMA Music Festival performance, Drake's impressive showing caught the attention of Rolling Stone Country, who dubbed him "an electric performer with a gospel howl." The outlet also included Drake on their 30 Must-See Acts at CMA Fest 2014 and 37 Best Things We Saw at CMA Fest 2014. The Alabama native has a Rock-infused, organic Country sound and signature foot-stomping performances that depict not only who he is, but how he genuinely lives life. Drake has toured with Superstars including Willie Nelson, Eric Church, Brantley Gilbert, Toby Keith, Kid Rock and more whose sounds also reflect an unapologetic, non-conforming vibe.

Drake said, “all an artist could ever ask for is at Dot. Excitement surrounds the revitalization of this nostalgic name and the band and I are ecstatic to be working with this team! I want to be around dreamers, people that are not afraid to push boundaries. It's gonna be a great ride with this diverse, talented family. Scott is a doer and Chris has great ears and a straight shooting gun. I'm so blessed to be working with these great folks.”
