(AUDIO) The Band Perry Is Tough On Germs

April 21, 2013

Kimberly, Reid and Neil of The Band Perry are three of the hardest working individuals in country music, constantly on the road touring and promoting their music, like their current single, “DONE.” and their new album, Pioneer. They often don’t get a lot of sleep but surprisingly, they’ve never gotten seriously sick. “We have never, ever had to cancel a performance of the three of ours from an illness, knock on wood,” says Kimberly. “And even vocally, sometimes when you’re talking so many days straight and singing, there’s some days where I’ve thought, ‘How is my voice gonna make it one more hour through a set?’ And this little guy, he just keeps going.” She says lots of hand washing and hand sanitizer is one big way they stay healthy.” Reid attributes their good health to tough immune systems. He laughs and says, “We don’t ever coddle them, so they’re tough guys.”
