LOS ANGELES, CA (July 11, 2018) – Badflower continues their steady rise up the charts with their poignant song “Ghost” reaching No. 5 on the iTunes Top Rock Songs with no signs of disappearing. The LA natives were recently named as an iHeartRadio On the Verge Artist, showcasing the band’s talent by breaking out of the pack with a great song.

The heart-wrenching song co-written by Badflower frontman Josh Katz touches a sober topic but one audiences and radio are embracing to open up the dialogue. With suicide rates reaching epic numbers among young adults, Badflower offers a story that captures in excruciating detail the attempts, failures, reasons, doubts and thoughts that would accompany such an action. There is no glossing over the flattening of emotions and frustration with a world that fails to recognize how difficult just surviving can be.

Ghost” is available at all digital retailers and streaming services and is currently climbing the rock radio charts. The single is currently streaming on top playlists such as Apple Music’s A-list Rock, Spotify’s Rock This and Amazon’s Introducing Rock.

It is the first single to be released on the newly created Big Machine/John Varvatos Records.
