CARLY PEARCE TO APPEAR LIVE ON TODAY SHOW OCTOBER 5

NASHVILLE, TN (October 1, 2021) – Following an impassioned multi-part release with her CMA Awards-nominated Album of the Year project and the creative expansion of 29: Written In Stone (Big Machine Records), CARLY PEARCE has grown as an artist and a woman. She will join the TODAY show on Tuesday (10/5) in the 9A hour to discuss the process of moving forward with grace and how simply singing the truth delivered breakthroughs she could not have imagined. She will also offer a performance of “Should’ve Known Better” during the appearance — check local NBC listings.

A committed songwriter, Carly not only dissects the human heart through song, but considers the healing that comes with time. She continues to express a new confidence yet remains fiercely rooted in the classics instilled from a Kentucky upbringing and leaving high school at 16 to take a job at Dollywood. In a full circle moment Dolly Parton invited her to become a Grand Ole Opry member.

The accolade follows Carly’s 2X PLATINUM-certified No. 1 “I Hope You’re Happy Now” duet with Lee Brice, which won both the CMA and ACM Awards for Musical/Music Event of the Year as well as ACM Single of the Year. Her latest single is a double-crossed collaboration with Ashley McBryde called “Never Wanted To Be That Girl.”
