ENTRY INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES. TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATIONS AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED HEREIN ARE ENTRANT’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY IF SELECTED A WINNER.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Carly Pearce Premier Fan Club Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 10:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 3/15/2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on 3/17/2025 (“SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD”). The Sponsor’s agent’s computer server will be the time keeping device for the purposes of this Sweepstakes.
SPONSOR: Big Machine Label Group, LLC, 1225 16th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212, referred to
hereafter as the “Sponsor”.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older who at time of entry are legal residents of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia residing within three hundred and sixty (360) miles of a concert venue (“Territory”) and Gold Tier members of the BG Nation Official Fan Club in good standing during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, each an “Entrant”. Void where prohibited by law or Territory not mentioned herein. Employees of the Sponsor, Carly Pearce (“Artist”) and their respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the “Associated Parties”) and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and local laws and regulations. No groups, clubs or organizations may participate in this Sweepstakes or reproduce or distribute any portion of these official rules to its members.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, every Entrant confirms that they have read and agree to comply with these official rules (“Rules”), Sponsor’s terms of use, located at: https://www.bigmachinelabelgroup.com/terms/ and all other Sweepstakes requirements.
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter by visiting https://digital.umusic.com/carly-pearce-premier-march-giveaway (Website”) during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and following all onscreen entry instructions to provide your first name, last name, email address, country, pre-selecting the concert date you would like to attend if selected a winner (“Concert”) and clicking “Submit.” After clicking “Submit,” you are officially entered into the pool of eligible entries (“Entry”). Only one (1) Entry per person regardless of Entry method. You must pre-select the concert you wish to attend if selected a winner to qualify as an eligible Entry in the Sweepstakes.
Limit: One (1) Entry per person. Multiple entrants are not permitted to use the same email account. All Entries, requests and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
Entries by any method other than set forth above herein are void. Any use of automated or programmed methods of effecting Entry is prohibited.
Normal Internet access and data usage charges imposed by your carrier or online service will apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. The person named as the registered owner of the user’s email associated with the Entry will be deemed the entrant. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the dispute will be resolved in favor of the individual who is the “authorized e-mail account holder” of the e- mail address provided when the account was created. “Authorized email account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (i.e., business, education institution) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
Neither the Sponsor, Associated Parties, nor any of its officers, directors, shareholders, employees,
agents, artists or representatives of the Sponsor or Associated Parties (individually a “Released Party” and collectively the “Released Parties“) are responsible for Entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside any eligible Territory; or Entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, late, lost, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules; or for any printing, production, technical, electronic or other errors; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering; insufficient space in Entrant’s account to receive email; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.
By submitting an Entry, you hereby agree to hold Released Parties and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and the officers, directors and employees of each of the foregoing, harmless from and against any liability of any kind arising from or in connection with any use of the Entry. By submitting an Entry, entrant hereby warrants and represents they have not violated any of the requirements for Entries as stated in these Rules.
To qualify for the Sweepstakes, your Entry must be received by 11:59:59 PM CT on 3/17/25. Once you submit an Entry, your submission is considered final and may not be modified or edited. The Sponsor reserves the right to prescreen the submitted Entries and/or disqualify any Entry for any reason. Sponsor is under no obligation to disclose why an Entry has been disqualified other than the Entry was ineligible under these Rules. Entries that do not include all required information and do not adhere to these Rules will be considered void. Any Entry that does not conform to the Entry requirements as stated above will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible Entries received within twenty-four (24) hours of the Sweepstakes Entry Period deadline date. The random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its agent of choice, whose decisions are final and binding.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: An email message will be sent to the potential winner’s (prize notification) email account provided at time of Entry within twenty-four (24) hours of the random drawing. Prize winner must also be able to receive calls from an unlisted/blocked number and have
(or have access to) an internet connection to receive emails from the Sponsor and/or its designated agent. The contact information provided on Entry will be used to notify the prize winner. Prize winner will be required to respond to the prize notification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification deployment with a completed and signed copy of the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”). Prize winner’s guest (or if prize winner’s guest is under the age of eighteen (18), the prize winner’s guest’s parent or legal guardian must complete and return the Affidavit/Release on behalf of the minor guest) will also be required to complete and return a signed copy of the Affidavit/Release. If a potential winner’s account is deactivated or the Affidavit/Release or prize notification response is not returned within the specified time period stated herein, or if an Affidavit/Release or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if a prize winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, then the prize winner will automatically forfeit all rights to the prize and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate winner may be determined. Should a prize winner be found to make any false statement(s) or to not be in compliance with these Rules, that winner will be disqualified, and an alternate prize winner may be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its agents to use prize winner’s name, prize won, Entry, hometown, likeness, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, the Sweepstakes and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) prize (“Prize”) will be awarded. The Prize winner will receive: two (2) tickets to attend the Carly Pearce Concert selected at time of Entry, Approximate retail value
(“ARV”) of Prize: $150.00. All transportation, accommodations, meals, beverages, parking, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges or other expenses not specified herein are not included in a Prize and are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. All Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Certain restrictions may apply. If for any reason whatsoever, a Prize winner is unable to accept a Prize for any reason whatsoever after all arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such winner. Limit: One (1) prize per person or household. No substitution of any Prize offered, no transfer of any Prize to a third party is permitted and a Prize may not be redeemed for cash value, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a Prize for a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes will be awarded “AS IS.’ No warranty is expressed or implied. All fees, federal, state, local or other expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of Prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of winner. Arrangements for the fulfillment of Prize will be made by Sponsor and/or its designated agent.
SPECIAL CAUTION: COVID-19: Each winner and their guest understand and agree that Concert attendance is inherently dangerous due to the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic which is a highly contagious and communicable disease; and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, each assumes all risks of illness or injury which may arise directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from prize related travel and activities. Additionally, each winner and their guest understands and agrees that, in response to economic and/or social conditions caused by COVID-19/Coronavirus, Sponsor may be compelled to cancel the Prize and/or the Sweepstakes with little (if any) advanced notice.
RELEASES: Participating entrants agree to these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and release, defend and hold harmless Released Parties as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons, which may be sustained in connection with
either directly or indirectly, (1) the awarding, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of any Prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the Sweepstakes or any Prize-related activities. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if Prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, pandemic, weather or acts of terrorism. The Prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of a Prize.
PRIVACY POLICY/DATA COLLECTION: Information provided by you for this Sweepstakes is

GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant affirms that they have read, understands and accepted these Rules. Any information collected by entering the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with these Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award any prize from among the eligible, non-suspect Entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of Entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive Entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from downloading any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made; the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is subject solely to the applicable federal, state and local laws of the United States and is not subject to any laws outside of the United States; provided, however, that, except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in an arbitration to be held at the AAA regional office nearest the Sponsor where the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; (b) a judgment upon any such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction; (c) to the degree any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded is not subject to arbitration, then it shall be adjudicated exclusively by the appropriate Federal or state courts located in Tennessee; (d) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (e) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (f) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance
with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee.
