Pearce Set to Perform on “New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash” Airing December 31 on CBS

NASHVILLE, TN (December 14, 2023) – Closing out a phenomenal 2023, GRAMMY, CMA and ACM Award-winning Carly Pearce shows no signs of slowing down as she heads into 2024 with her second GRAMMY® Award nomination and new music on the horizon.

Pearce is once again nominated for Best Country Duo/Group Performance with her Top 25-and-rising single “We Don’t Fight Anymore featuring Chris Stapleton, the same category in which she took home her first-ever GRAMMY® Award earlier this year with her Platinum-certified, chart-topping track “Never Wanted To Be That Girl” with Ashley McBryde. Pearce and McBryde made history as the first female pairing to win in that category.

Just ahead of earning her latest GRAMMY® Award Nomination, Pearce performed the live debut of “We Don’t Fight Anymore” with Chris Stapleton at the 57th Annual CMA Awards. Watch the performance HERE.

“We Don’t Fight Anymore” (Big Machine Records) unlocked a new musical chapter for Pearce through an authentic display of her musical sensibilities as she leaned fully into her sound and cemented her place as a transcendent storyteller. The song ignited at Country radio, earning Pearce her biggest radio add date thus far and widespread support across streaming and industry partners. The song’s “heart-wrenching” (Taste of Country) music video was directed by Alexa Campbell and starred actors Lucy Hale – a longtime friend of Pearce – and Shiloh Fernandez, who visually brought the stirring song to life. Watch the music video HERE.

2023 also saw Pearce earn her fourth career No. 1 with the Platinum-certified  “What He Didn’t Do,” which she performed on the ACM Honors (also her third consecutive year hosting), the Canadian Country Music Association AwardsCMA Fest (as part of her first-ever full set at Nissan Stadium) and the CMT Awards, where she also joined Gwen Stefani for an epic performance of “Just A Girl” and was nominated for  Female Video of The Year (“What He Didn’t Do) & Performance of the Year (“One Way Ticket” with LeAnn Rimes with Ashley McBryde).

On December 31, Pearce will ring in the new year with a performance on New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash on CBS.

On the road, Pearce kicked off the year on Blake Shelton’s BACK TO THE HONKY TONK TOUR in February. In October, she kicked off her North American headline Country Music Made Me Do It Tour in New York City following performances of the tour’s eponymous track on the inaugural People’s Choice Country Awards and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC.
