Tickets Go On Sale to the Public on Friday (1/27)

NASHVILLE, TN (January 23, 2023) – One of Country’s most hotly-anticipated new artists CONNER SMITH unveils plans for his first-ever headlining IF I WENT TO COLLEGE TOUR with special guests MACKENZIE CARPENTER and JONATHAN HUTCHERSON. Presented by the Monster Energy Outbreak tour, Smith will be “…wowing crowds with his charisma” (The Nash News) when the run kicks off February 9 in Rosemont, IL and wraps April 28 with a homecoming show in Nashville. The Music City-raised singer/songwriter’s fan pre-sale begins tomorrow (1/24) ahead of the public on sale Friday (1/27) at 10:00A local time at ConnerSmithMusic.com.

“I’m stoked to announce my first headlining tour,” shared Smith. “We’ll be hitting college towns all throughout the Midwest and Southwest with the help of my good friends Mackenzie Carpenter and Jonathan Hutcherson, plus Monster Energy. I can’t wait to see everyone out on the road, it’s going to be a wild time!”

Just 22 years old and already a seasoned veteran of Nashville’s elite songwriting community, Conner Smith is an uncommon talent mixing prime-of-life passion with old-soul perspective. His 2022 debut collection DIDN’T GO TOO FAR (The Valory Music Co.) laid an artistic foundation that earned Smith 2022 Artist to Watch status from Spotify, Amazon Music and Opry NextStage, while also making him the only Country artist on Pandora’s Ten List 2022 and securing 2023 recognition from MusicRow Next Big Thing, CMT Listen Up, and more. Often hiding deep-thinking themes in plain sight, Smith scored his first Top 40 hit with the young-at-heart “Learn From It,” and followed up with a love-savoring new single “Take It Slow,” which has quickly racked up over 90 million global streams to date as it ascends at Country radio. As Smith continues to grow up in full view of his fans – both on the page and the stage – CMT calls him “an unstoppable force to be reckoned with.”
