NASHVILLE, TN (September 15, 2017) – Taking a cue from Mother Nature as sun begins to set a little earlier, Delta Rae wraps the summer leg of their headline A LONG AND HAPPY LIFE TOUR this week. The eclectic six-piece band delivered their mind-blowing set with rich storytelling and signature harmonies in front of a capacity crowd last night (9/14) in Nashville at Exit / In.

Packing venues across the country for over 60 dates since May, Delta Rae continues to capture the hearts of old and new fans alike as they shared music from their A LONG AND HAPPY LIFE EP (The Valory Music Co.). Their latest project includes the title track and new single “No Peace in Quiet,” which impacts Country radio on 10/16. Opening the show with a stunning rendition of The Eagles’ “Seven Bridges Road,” the show was full of fan favorites like “I Don’t Love You” and “Bottom of the River” as well as a cover of Shania Twain’s “Man I Feel Like a Woman.”

The troupe of vocalists Liz Hopkins; Holljes siblings Brittany, Eric (piano) and Ian (guitar) alongside Mike McKee (drums) and Grant Emerson (bass) have been named one of Entertainment Weekly’s “Breaking Big in Country,” Rolling Stone Country’s “10 Country Artists You Need to Know” and made a cameo on CMT’s “Nashville” this year alone. Their exhilarating stage performances have earned raves throughout the recent months:

“[Their harmonies] are simply incandescent, and take the band’s sonic presentation to dizzying heights—whether soaring over their pop-rock grooves or glowing amid the quieter moments.” – HITS

“Delta Rae’s happy faces and incredible musicianship skills lit up the Troubadour and created a perfect mid-week concert experience.” – All Access

“…delivers rich melodies and gorgeous harmonies…” – News & Observer

Fans have three more chances to catch the band on their current run as dates conclude with shows in Asheville, NC (9/15), Charleston, SC (9/16) and Detroit, MI (9/21).  At each stop, Delta Rae celebrates educators through their Tickets for Teachers initiative; nomination details are available at DeltaRae.com and the band’s social media accounts.
