NASHVILLE, TN (May 14, 2020) – Globe Life Stadium will look a little different when beloved Texas natives ELI YOUNG BAND return to Arlington on Thursday, June 4 to kick off the four-night QuikTrip Concert in Your Car™ Series presented by Energy Transfer. The outdoor drive-up live concerts in a socially distant environment start at 9:00P each night, with parking lots opening one hour prior to each show. Tickets are $40 per vehicle and will go on sale to the general public this Friday, May 15 at 10:00A CT via texasrangers.com/concertinyourcar. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation to support their ongoing COVID-19 relief efforts. All ticket sales will be available online only with a limited number of special VIP packages.
“We miss our fans and are stoked for the opportunity to just get on stage again!” shared EYB frontman Mike Eli. “Playing in this new way is incredibly unique and makes us happy to give our fans a show while keeping everyone safe.”
Artists will perform on a stage with jumbo screens amplifying the view as concert audio airs through a specially designated FM radio channel for fans, who are watching from the safety and comfort of their cars in Tundra Lot B, just North of Globe Life Field. Attendees are permitted to bring food and drink in their vehicles.
