    FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE DEBUTS “DIRT” ON THE TONIGHT SHOW STARRING JIMMY FALLON

    Last night (7/8), Florida Georgia Line performed their brand new single “Dirt” on NBC’s The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Watch via: . Released to rave reviews, including USA Today’s “Song of the Week,” the intensely emotional track catapulted to #1 on both the iTunes all genre and Country charts in in less than 12 hours with sales of over 65,000 already in the US. The latest offering also ascended to the top on iTunes in Canada and Australia shortly after release.

    FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE KICKS UP “DIRT” NATIONWIDE

    Florida Georgia Line is taking “Dirt” nationwide today with the release of their brand new single to Country radio and digital retailers. The music video for the highly anticipated song is also set to debut across multiple broadcast and online platforms, including CMT, GAC and Vevo.

    In celebration of the release, the superstar duo officially launched the Dirt Campaign, exclusively announced on People.com earlier today, with the fundraising platform Omaze to benefit Habitat for Humanity, a global nonprofit which creates affordable housing in partnership with low-income families.

    General Mills today announced the launch of its third annual Outnumber Hunger campaign, which has provided more than 25 million meals to Americans in need as part of a partnership with Feeding America and Big Machine Label Group. Each year a talented roster of popular music artists join the initiative to raise awareness for the hunger issue, which affects 49 million Americas, according to the USDA. The Outnumber Hunger campaign officially kicks off today with Country sensation Florida Georgia Line as the face of the 2014 campaign.

    "Through our experiences with Outnumber Hunger, we have learned the far reach of hunger in America, affecting people from all different backgrounds," said Tyler Hubbard, the Georgia half of Florida Georgia Line. "This year, we're proud to take an even bigger role in the fight against hunger and rally the nation to help those in need."

    Florida Georgia Line and additional Big Machine Label Group artists will be featured on boxes for more than 90 popular General Mills' products, from Cheerios and Betty Crocker to Yoplait and Nature Valley. By entering a code from these specially marked boxes online, Americans can help Feeding America secure five meals on behalf of a local food bank based upon the ZIP code entered.

    "Our artists are proud to raise their voices with General Mills and Feeding America to highlight the troubling hunger issues that so many Americans face day-to-day," said Scott Borchetta, president and CEO of Big Machine Label Group.     For every code entered by Jan. 31, 2015 at outnumberhunger.com, General Mills will donate 55.5 cents to Feeding America, with a maximum total donation of $1.2 million. General Mills has already donated $600,000 and will donate up to an additional $600,000 based on online code entry.

    Outnumber Hunger's 2014 campaign is marked with a special live concert on Friday, April 4, at The LINQ in Las Vegas, featuring reigning ACM New Artist of the Year Florida Georgia Line, Superstar group Rascal Flatts, ACM New Artist nominee Justin Moore and hot newcomers Thomas Rhett, The Cadillac Three, Cassadee Pope and Danielle Bradbery. Outnumber Hunger Live! is part of the ACM Party for a Cause Festival, a two-day festival leading up to the 49th Annual ACM Awards on April 6. Concert attendees will have the opportunity to help Feeding America secure meals through special on-site activities.

    Known to go “big,” the Big Machine Label Group showcased the first round of stellar talent at Marathon Music Works last night (2/18) during their annual party to kick off Country Radio Seminar (CRS) week in Nashville. Co-hosted by CMT Radio, the capacity-crowd was treated to performances by Superstars Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts. Hot newcomers The Cadillac Three introduced radio programmers from across the country to the rocking sound of their first single entitled “The South.” Eli Young Band’s Mike Eli, Thomas Rhett and Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley joined the trio for their southern-themed anthem. The Eli Young Band had the crowd singing at the top of their lungs with their most recent #1 hit “Drunk Last Night.”

    BMLG President/CEO Scott Borchetta welcomed invited VIP guests then handed the mic to the evening’s host, CMT Radio’s Cody Alan. Music execs mingling and noshing on delectable nibbles included: Republic Nashville President/BMLG EVP Jimmy Harnen; BMLG COO Andrew Kautz; Big Machine Records SVP Promotion Jack Purcell; CMT’s SVP of Music Strategy Leslie Fram; Red Light Management’s Coran Capshaw, Spalding Entertainment’s Clarence Spalding and Clear Channel’s EVP Country Programming Clay Hunnicutt.

    Halfway through the night, party attendees were asked to raise their “shot glass necklaces” for a massive toast with Florida Georgia Line’s signature favorite: Fireball Whisky.

    To help them get a good night’s rest after the bash, all attendees were gifted a luxury pillow from Comfort Revolution.

    The party will continue tonight with performances by Danielle Bradbery, Justin Moore, Brantley Gilbert and Motley Crue.
