“Makin’ Me Look Good Again” Named International Song of the Year
Singer/Songwriter Sells Out Performance in London

NASHVILLE, TN (October 23, 2017) – Following a successful debut at C2C Festival earlier this year, rising superstar Drake White returned to the UK this month for a string of at-capacity performances with Kip Moore in addition to his own headline show in London which sold out in 30 minutes. Garnering standing ovations at each stop, White proved again that his fan base is thriving across the pond asEntertainment Focus raved, “‘White’s show at The Borderline was a true triumph and proof that he’s more than capable of holding his own as a headliner.”

The UK Country community also honored White with a British Country Music Association Award forInternational Song of the Year for his emotional ballad “Makin’ Me Look Good Again.” The deeply personal song, inspired by his wife Alex, appears on White’s most recent album SPARK (Big Machine Label Group) and it hit the top spot on SiriusXM’s The Highway. The 12th Annual BCMA Awards honors the best in British Country Music alongside three international awards and although White was unable to attend in person, he shared this thank you message with fans.

After also wrapping near capacity headlining performances in Hamburg and Amsterdam, White is back in the US and direct support on Kip Moore’s PLEAD THE FIFTH TOUR throughout the end of the year.
