NASHVILLE, TN (September 27, 2021) – Yuba City native TYLER RICH will return to Northern California forhis TWO THOUSAND MILES TOUR tomorrow night (9/28), kicking off his West Coast headline run at Club Rodeo in San Jose, CA and featuring special guest Shy Carter. Tyler shared his excitement to be back on the road and gave fans a sneak peek at what’s to come via Instagram today – watch here. Tickets on sale now at TylerRich.com

Tyler hits the road in support of his debut album of the same name, TWO THOUSAND MILES, and current single “Better Than You’re Used To,” both released via The Valory Music Co. After teasing the demo on TikTok to an overwhelming response with over  3 million views, he expedited plans  to release the track and has since racked up over 36M+ global streams to date.

Over the last year as touring paused, Tyler connected virtually with both musical collaborators and fans.Recording the aptly-titled  “Feels  Like  Home” from a makeshift home studio, each musician added parts from their respective spaces. Tyler also hosted a weekly themed Instagram Live series to preview new music, introduce songwriter friends, play trivia and show off his carefree side with a boozy brunch alongside wife/actress Sabina Gadecki and their friends. No stranger to persevering in spite of distance, the pair chased dreams and embraced a bi-coastal relationship that is present in Tyler’s music, including his GOLD-certified single “The Difference.” Contributing to his 315M+ global streams, his songs reflect feelings all people have in common – the needs for acceptance, devotion and places to call their own. His empathetic spirit extends to animals too with Rich Rescues, an initiative Tyler will continue while on tour to raise awareness for pet adoption and support shelters along the route.

Joining Tyler on the upcoming tour is songwriter, artist and producer Carter, who has reached all corners of the industry with his early success. With credits that span Kane Brown’s “Heaven” to Charlie Puth’s “One Call Away,” Carter is one of the most formidable up-and-coming talents in Nashville and beyond. He is among the writers behind Billy Currington’s “It Don’t Hurt Like it Used To,” Sugarland’s smash hit “Stuck Like Glue” and Rob Thomas’ single “Someday.” In addition to his feature on Tim McGraw’s “Way Down,” Carter has collaborated with Keith Urban on both “Never Comin’ Down” and “My Wave.” Named to Variety’s 2018 Hitmakers list, he has also worked with Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainor, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Lopez, Nelly and more. His roots in gospel, jazz, R&B and soul developed into an early career in hip-hop, but his gift for storytelling and love of organic instrumentation led to a natural transition into country music. Now, with a transcendent style perfectly suited to the times, he’s ready to stand on his own as a country artist. With its earthy groove, laid-back beat and unflagging spirit, Carter’s “Good Love” served as a fitting introduction to the man behind the music and was featured in the Hallmark Channel’s “Spring Fling” movie trailer. The born entertainer made his TODAY debut this spring and has been named a 2021 Artist to Watch by Amazon Music, MusicRow magazine, Pandora, Sounds Like Nashville and more. Now it’s time to grab a cold one and turn up Carter’s rocking country anthem “Beer With My Friends” feat. Cole Swindell and David Lee Murphy. Cheers!
