Featuring Breakthrough Female Vocalist Carly Pearce, Tickets On Sale August 25

NASHVILLE, TN. (August 18, 2017) – Brett Young is bringing his “smooth vocals” (Washington Post) and “soulful country gems” (Entertainment Weekly) to venues across the country for his debut headlining CALIVILLE TOUR, featuring rising Country singer/songwriter Carly Pearce. Launching October 14 in Charlottesville, VA, tickets go on sale next Friday, August 25.

Young will perform songs from his self-titled debut (BMLG Records), which highlights his “melodic craftsmanship” (Billboard) with No. 1 hits including “Sleep Without You” and “In Case You Didn’t Know,” along with the recently-released single “Like I Loved You.”

“I am so excited to get to go out on my first ever headlining tour this year. It’s a pretty surreal feeling,” Young said. “I can’t wait to see all my amazing fans out on the road, and I’m honored to have the incredible Carly Pearce along as well.”

Young is currently performing for packed crowds on Lady Antebellum’s YOU LOOK GOOD WORLD TOUR, drawing “his share of screams” (The Post Sandard) as fans “[sing] along to almost every word” (The Plain Dealer). For tickets and additional tour information, visit www.brettyoungmusic.com.

“Ace Songwriter” (Entertainment Weekly) Brett Young’s full-length self-titled debut is making a big impression as it approaches GOLD-Certification. His latest offering “Like I Loved You” is quickly rising on the Mediabase and Billboard charts and was the most-added song upon impacting Country radio (7/17). The single follows back-to-back No. 1 smashes, including the GOLD-certified “Sleep Without You” and PLATINUM-certified “In Case You Didn’t Know.” The latter solidified Young as the first Country artist to reach RIAA PLATINUM certification status with a song released in 2017. Breaking barriers in the video format as well, he remains in Vevo’s Top 10 Videos of 2017 (so far) with “In Case You Didn’t Know.” Surpassing 100 million views, Young is the only Country artist on the list joining the rankings with Zayn and Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar and DJ Khaled. In addition to his own dates across the country, Young continues his run with Lady Antebellum’s YOU LOOK GOOD WORLD TOUR throughout the summer. Fans and critics are raving about the show and his performance, with The New York Times saying “…Brett Young renders deep feelings with thick polish.” For additional information and tour dates, visit BrettYoungMusic.com.

Born into the bluegrass brawn of Kentucky, Carly Pearce has never known a moment that Country music wasn’t her destined path. At the young age of 11 she began touring with a local band and by 16 quit high school for a job performing at Dollywood while being homeschool. Her “earthy, textured voice” (Wide Open Country) is on full display throughout Carly’s first single “Every Little Thing,” which solidifies her as the only solo female artist with a single currently in the Top 15 at Country radio. SiriusXM first dubbed the song as a “Highway Find” before honoring Carly as one of their “Future Five for 2017.” The response has since prompted them to add another track “If My Name Was Whiskey” into rotation. The CMT Next Women of Country alum and Listen Up “17 for 2017” artist has also been named an “Artist to Watch” across multiple platforms – Youtube, Rolling Stone Country, The Huffington Post, Country Living, Sounds Like Nashville, The Boot, Whiskey Riff and One Country. Carly has been blazing her own trail with the depth of her songwriting, more than 45 invitations to play the Grand Ole Opry and joining the bill with notable artists such as Martina McBride, Kip Moore, Hunter Hayes, Lucy Hale of Pretty Little Liars as well as earning an opening slot on Kelsea Ballerini’s THE FIRST TIME TOUR. Also celebrating her first Top 40 hit, “Wasn’t That Drunk,” a sultry collaboration with Josh Abbott Band, fans and critics have taken notice. The Washington Post acknowledged Carly’s tenacity, recently highlighting her journey in an unfiltered profile of her years of hard work. Selected for iHeart ON THE VERGE earlier this year, Carly is on the road with Bobby Bones’ FUNNY & ALONE COMEDY TOUR while simultaneously finishing up her debut album on Big Machine Records with hit producer busbee (Katy Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Maren Morris). It’s clear that 2017 is destined to be Carly’s breakout year. For the latest updates, follow Carly Pearce on Instagram or visit CarlyPearce.com.
