SHAYLEN RAISES A GLASS TO THE GOOD TIMES IN NEW TRACK “JACK GETS ME SOBER”

Singer/Songwriter To Play Her First-Ever Hometown Headline Show on 10/25 in Dallas, TX

NASHVILLE, TN (October 10, 2025) – Rising powerhouse singer/songwriter Shaylen raises a glass to Tennessee whiskey and dive bars in her new song “Jack Gets Me Sober,” out today via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment. A party-ready anthem about not wanting a night out on the town to end, the track finds the songstress throwing caution to the wind in the name of a good time. Penned with co-writers Andrew Baylis, Conor Matthews, and Brett Tyler, “Jack Gets Me Sober” showcases Shaylen’s signature tongue-in-cheek honesty coupled with a shot of self-aware confessions. Whether its party anthems or breakup ballads, Shaylen proves once again that she’s unafraid to share the good, the bad, and the ugly of it all.

“‘Jack Gets Me Sober’ is a shot of Tennessee whiskey and chaos all bottled up in a song. It’s about the nights where your best intentions and ‘never agains’ don’t stand a chance against a good time, Jack Daniel’s, and your ex’s blocked number staring back at you leaving the bar,” shares Shaylen. “I wanted to write something that showcases the moments of being human that are messy and a little unhinged. Here’s to the process of figuring it all out, while still owning and loving the current version of who you are.”

“Jack Gets Me Sober” follows the releases of the “confident, raw, and real” (Country Swag) “Loneliest Man” and the “bold, emotionally charged anthem that underscores Shaylen’s rising star power and vocal prowess” (COWGIRL Magazine) “Daddy Issues” earlier this year. Since signing with Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment last year, she’s also released “Second Time Around” with her labelmate Noah Hicks and the brutally honest ballad “To Tell You The Truth.”

This month, Shaylen will headline in her hometown of Dallas, TX, for the first time, performing at the Puzzles Deep Ellum on October 25. For more information and upcoming tour dates, visit ShaylenMusic.com

ABOUT SHAYLEN: Only Shaylen can write herself into a song – because the tenacious singer/songwriter draws inspiration from real life experiences for the songs she sings. Following a decade-long stint pursing music in LA, Shaylen returned to her home state of Tennessee in 2022 to take a leap of faith into Country music and since then has amassed 100+ million streams to date with independent releases “What If I Don’t,” “Been There Before” and “Let Me Let You,” among others. Quickly cementing her status as one to watch, the rising powerhouse vocalist has swiftly emerged as one of the most prominent emerging female artists in the genre as Holler proclaims she mixes the “the chandelier rattling delivery of Kelly Clarkson with the cowgirl-next-door charm of Carly Pearce.” After signing to Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment last year, Shaylen teamed up with labelmate Noah Hicks for “Second Time Around” and released the brutally honest ballad “To Tell You The Truth.” In 2025, she’s continued her winning streak of penning songs ranging from breakup ballads to party anthems, releasing “Daddy Issues,” “Loneliest Man” and “Jack Gets Me Sober.” For the latest information and more, visit ShaylenMusic.com
