THE JACK WHARFF BAND SETS NEW EP STRANGE FOR MARCH 13

New Song “A Month, A Week, A Day (With Solon Holt)” Out Now

The Band Will Make Their Opry Debut Tuesday (February 10)

NASHVILLE, TN (February 6, 2026) – Up-and-coming Country/Americana group The Jack Wharff Band today announce their new EP, Strange, out March 13 via Big Machine Records. Comprised of five versatile tracks, the EP finds the band grappling with the incessant change and growing pains that define young adulthood. Featuring previously released tracks “Ole Virginia,” which “radiates nostalgia” (All Country News), and the “rustic, earthy” (Billboard) “Saved,” Strange explores ideas of self-discovery, love, freedom and faith, anchored by the Virginia natives’ signature masterful instrumentation and unwavering sense of hometown pride.

Teaming up with rising singer/songwriter Solon Holt, The Jack Wharff Band release their longing new track “A Month, A Week, A Day (With Solon Holt)” today via Big Machine Records. Delivering a heartfelt, yearning depiction of one of the more difficult realities of life on the road, the touring musicians describe what it’s like to be separated from their significant others for long periods of time and how they often count down the minutes until they’re reunited.

“We wrote ‘A Month, A Week, A Day’ during a time when the distance between us and our loved ones was weighing on us,” shares Jack Wharff. “We hope that people who might relate to that loneliness find some comfort in the song and are reminded how lucky we are to have people in our lives who are worth missing so much.”
