NASHVILLE, TN (November 30, 2021) – In the spirit of the season of giving, California native TYLER RICH recently surprised two local Los Angeles animal shelters with $25K donations in partnership with loanDepot. Making stops during his TWO THOUSAND MILES tour, Tyler shared the news with Animal Hope & Wellness and Best Friends Animal Society in support of their No-Kill Los Angeles initiative – watch here. Tyler brings awareness to pet adoption in local communities where he is touring as part of his Rich Rescues initiative, which blends his passion for music and animals.

“No Kill LA and Animal Hope & Wellness are two organizations that have always been close to my heart and do amazing work in the Los Angeles community, so when loanDepot approached me about partnering for this donation, I knew exactly who I wanted to share it with,” Tyler said. “The holidays are one of the busiest times for these shelters so I’m happy to do anything I can to help out.”

Finding his love of music gathered around a Christmas tree alongside family singing holiday classics and Creedence Clearwater Revival, Tyler has a special connection to this time of year that inspires him to give back as he continues to encourage others to do the same as part of today’s Giving Tuesday global initiative. “Just like music has the power to transform, showing a little kindness can change someone’s perspective. Do what you can this Giving Tuesday – I can’t wait to see how these small acts will change the world,” he continues.

Tyler’s empathetic spirit not only extends to his love for animals, but is also reflected in his music which has amassed over 323.5M+ total global streams. With debut album TWO THOUSAND MILES and latest releases “Better Than You’re Used To”  and “A Little Bit of You,” fans can relate to the feelings all people have in common – the need for acceptance, devotion and a place to call their own.
